Just told one of my mates, and he says a whole bunch of his mates are down there so would like to make sure it's not one of them.

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
Were camped 50ft from where he was found , he was from the cruise midlands group, they found him dead in his car in the morning , he was against drugs and only had a few beers it's a total mystery just went to sleep and didn't wake up, according to them, real shame police took car sheeted over leaving it cordoned off it's now with flowers and beers !

my cousen was the forensics dealing with it and as they were sorting that there was a big fight in family camping they had to go to so she basicly got free addmitance for the day lol she did not seem to inpressed when i said put the van down the strip !

I agree that all this "he deserved it / I have no sympathy" just because Drink or Drugs may be involved is bollocks. We've all done stuff in the past we shouldn't of, which may of included taking drugs. This lad may of been no different!

From what I saw/gathered was 2 brothers having a scuffle, then a mate got involved. Was over the sister being ill or something. He wouldnt calm down for hours.
What the marshalls told me in the morning is that the lad did a drug overdose.
Was a properly poor show. It gets worse and worse every year.

Heard this from my mates, they were camped next to it all.....seems drug OD was mentioned, he was in a mk4 Fiesta. Went to sleep in his car and didnt wake up poor sod.
Apparently they had to break his legs to get him out the car, he had been in there for 9 hours before anyone noticed.
Car was HIAB'd away, body taken by private ambulance.

That's bad USC might be getting more and more chavy but who's to say this lad was one of them?
Can't say I have much sympathy IF drugs were the cause but as has been said he was still little more than a child and was somebodies son who is no doubt extremely distraught over the loss.
Perhaps we should wait for the truth to come to light properly rather than listening to the good old rumour mill
