Legal beagals: how much "potential" trouble am I in?
The neighbours have been at it again, dropping their shit into our garden and blocking our drain up, and when the mrs went to complain she's got a barage of abuse and threats of violence.
So, after hearing this when she called up, I may have mentioneTati the bloke next door that "the next time you talk shit to me or my mrs you fat mother fucker, I'm going to smash your face in" with an added "and the next time your fat cunt of a wife gives it some I'll hang her from them fancy railings you've just put up" with a drizzle of extra profanity thrown into the mix at various parts of the row.
So now I'm thinking he's going to fall over somewhere in His garden and then claim I've beaten him up.
Other than just burning the while cunting lot if them to the ground with the house or moving, what proper official options do I have?
Already been to the council plenty of times to complain but they simply say it's a civil matter that does not concern them, the police have been round when the neighbours mrs beat up my wife and then threatened to run her over after stealing our camera, the running over bit was witnessed by 2 police officers, and then she threw the camera out the window when she was asked where it was before the copperess came over to me and threatened to arrest ME for disorder for saying my bit, but said that there was no proof that the camera had been stolen or the assult had happened even though I witnessed as well as the guy across the street and the guy 3 doors down.
I've really had about enough and now need to consider my options, not only for my own sanity, but also for the safety and welfare of my wife and kids.
I'd rather not move but it's looking like the best option at this time.
Any else profer any other advice/ideas?

Move mate, or hope they do. You will spend far more time and money fighting them legally than it will cost to just move somewhere else.
I know you shouldn't have to but seriously, people spend shit loads of money on lawyers arguing over this sort of stuff.
You may be able to get an injunction against them but you will need legal advice & assistance. Also, the Local Authority can seek an Anti Social Behaviour Order but there must be a consistent course of conduct for them to do that i.e threats/arguments only a couple of times won't be enough.

Best option you got mate is move
Had a problem with previous neighbour and as we were thinking about moving it just pushed to move
Have to admit its the best thing we did
As said you could spend loads legaly but let's face it look all the posts you have made about your neighbours
Not sure if they are council tenents that you could get moved on but who's to say they aint gonna come back at night and wreck your stuff or new tenants will not be the same

of course you can fight them dojj ,but to be honest moving would be the best option ,whats the point in living beside scum like that all the time worrying about the wife etc when your not about.you might win the battle but you will never win the war

Sounds like they are Jealous cunts... and what you have...petty cunts... they're trying to force you to move...probably they're wanting you house for other family members to move in to you house once you move...seen it happen before..it's shit when they do this sort of crap... well once you move pay the twat a vist during the night..then the cunt wont know where the fuck you are.. but also make sure you have a house warming party with plenty of guests that know you..so they can give you an alibi simples...then the twat can say what they want point fingers at you and you've got witnesses to where you were lmao..
