engine mount problem

Default engine mount problem

does anyone know how much a engine mount is its the one just above the gearbox for and escort gti?

this evening i was bringing my misses home from the hospital and i accelerate from and junction and went to change gear and heared a big bang like the box and gone pop but i could still drive it so i got somewhere safe to stop and poped the bonnet and had a look around and found that myengine mount had come apart the rubber is none exictent

any help is much apprieated
