You could claim that for almost everything. 'He sped, he crashed, he died. That's what happens'. It doesn't alter the fact that someone has passed away.
It appears everyone is wrong, found this in a article that Jimmy White said

sounds like he didn't have any teeth because of smoking, so that probably did kill him.
Wrong, he lost them due to alot of radiotherapy to treat his throat cancer, but i guess it was down to smoking that he lost them, but not directly from it
I just also read that he was living in sheltered housing and on benefits? not sure why, he got millions playing snooker

How you managed to miss in EVERY report that it's reputed he made and LOST Ł3M is beyond me.
I read a couple of articles on different sites, not one said he lost everything, i knew he liked the drink and smoked alot, i didnt know he lost millions..............
How would it be common knowledge, the guy hasnt played on BBC tv for how many years? ive only been watching snooker for 4-5 years.
Hes played in ireland recently and for the last few years, but not on BBC and also ive never even seen him in the crowd or commentating OR being interviewed like many of the old players have been, so unless i actually look for the info on him personally im not going to know am i
