msn messenger help needed- update-arrghhh

Default msn messenger help needed- update-arrghhh
every time I try to sign into msn, I get this error message come up
0x31000370
I have looked all through the help files and used the trouble-shooter to check connectivity etc, but to no avail has anyone got any idea of what this is/means?? thanks in advance

iv had this pop up when i have accidentally typed in the wrong password.

nope, just this error message 0x31000370 , then the auto trouble shooter, but nothing else looks like a uninstall re-install

Arrrrgh!!! done the re-install thing, still the same message, anyone know any pc forums or IT gurus help me pleeeeeeease
