Hey folks. I've signed up recently. Not going to lie. I am shortly taking delivery of a car with some Escos seats in and wanted to get an idea of value to sell on. Not my bag, although they are jolly nice seats. It is just I have some leather ones that are correct for the car.
They are the cloth blue/green coloured ones with the hexagonal pattern on them like Blockbuster game show. Can only be described as mint. Front seats and rear bench. Heated.
There is a but.....................they have been fitted to a MK2 Astra GTE (must devalue them hundreds). Bases are intact but are without subframes as they were Vauxhall that will be kept. Rear bench is still on Escort frame but I believe Vauxhall hinges have been welded on..........although these can be removed.
Other than that cloth and bolsters and all of that is really, really very good.
Sorry to gatecrash the site as a Vauxhall scummer.............but I thought this would be the best place to ask. In my defence, I did own a Mk3 Escort Cosmopolitan once. That must win some brownie points

Hi, thanks for reply. Ebay was actually my first port of call. Been checking there daily for 3 weeks now but not found one on there to compare. Thought this would be one of the logical places to try given there are a lot of Cosworth owners on here. I get the whole NEWB thang, I use a lot of other forums where it is the same. I'd rather the interior was going back to an enthusiast with the right car for it as I have a more correct one to replace it with.
I'll keep checking Ebay to see if anything comes up and if anyone is looking for one of these sets and sees one pop up there in the next couple of weeks, chances are it is this set and I am an honest chap
