Anyone booked with Goldtrail travel ?

I was meant to be flying out on Monday with the family

Managed to book a last minute replacement on my credit card (crap flight times though) and will have to wait to see when the refunds are sorted.

my bro and gf are in turkey atm, the hotel is making them pay each night as they have nt been paid , he s not to happy of course , i think they can claim it back later but, not nice at all
