Default rebuild question

hi am in the process of rebuilding my cossie, as i now have a 200 block. the crank i have has had a grind on it, am i still able to use this crank or should i get a standard grind crank?
looking to reach 500bhp

if it was me I'd sell the one you got now and get a stanard/standard one!

ps I know people that have used grind cranks but the above is just my preference!

get an uprated one if u gona go for big brake else will only end up braking it
or pm mr mike rainard for advice hes the boss of big brake cossies

a standard Cossie crank IS well up to the job he's after with no probs m8.

Excuse if I am a bit thick,but why would a crank thats had a re-grind not be up to the job as long as decent shells are used ?
I have never been in this situation but have had them polished before when they have picked up on one and they have been fine.Not 500bhp though
