"payment details, address details, etc, etc"

"would you like to proceed?"

"but i cancelled my sky package last month so why are you offering to sell me warranty on stuff i no longer use?"

"you cancelled sky?"

"yes"

I had a call like this from an indian guy saying hi my name is simon i said no i dont think it is whats your real name if you let them talk for a few mins then say sorry can you repeat that they go right back to the start because they read it from a screen or something lol and say hi my name is simon then i just hang up lol
