My friend Phill 2400's old Saff that one. The new owner sold / was selling the car with some 17" Momo Arrows on instead. He'd also taken the AP Brake kit off.
Guess he's selling some of the choice mods seperately to make more money out of it
Who knows, but the wheels made his car IMHO
