Default not a ford but, impreza version 3 sti

hi
my mate is looking at an impreza version 3 sti, has aftermarket diff, stainless exhaust, new brakes, new clutch and recently rebuilt engine, to be fair its mint its for sale here in dublin for 4500 euro,

questions are, is it good value and is it a relaible version of the scoob as i know nowt about them

That sounds like a fair price to me because the version 3 sti is a sought after model, just check it can run on irish fuel because that's a massive problem over there

There's probobly cheaper on the market, but if it's clean, it's worth the money. Who built the engine, and what was done exactly. If he needs someone to look at it, I'm only 45 min's from the M4/M50 junction, and have a lot of experience with them.

Running them on the right fuel for the map is a biggie on Impreza's and 9 times out of 10 the car isn't using fuel suitable for the map. The standard map and knock retardation isn't great on Impreza's
