Can anyone remind me, I've done it before but can't remember.

Remove fuel pump fuse and run it till it dies.

doesnt the book say to crack open the cold start banjo and soak it up from there?

Does it not have a schrader valve on the fuel rail? If so releive it through there. Could be wise to wear goggles though and cover with a rag!
