Scotland sucks
Just thought i'd let everyone know, as im getting sick of the bitter, petty anti England posts.
If you ever qualify for a major tournament again (doubt it) then i will be on here giving non stop abuse.

Removed the name calling as it seems to of upset alot of people. This was only supposed to be a laugh, bit of banter which i hoped everyone could have a good old slagging match
So to those who were upset or offended by this post, I apologise.

Normally i'd like to see the home nations do ok, I wanted Ireland to do well in 94' But it just gets spoilt by a bunch of haggis eating, skirt wearing, daytime drinking, dole queuing, ginger, ugly, weird talking LOSERS.

I too am fed up with the slating the England team and fans are getting from the Scots/Irish/Welsh etc etc and may well support their opposing teams in their next international games (not that I expect them to care!), but IMO this post is well out of order and uncalled for.

yeah it gets annoying but it's called banter. i'm a nottingham forest supporter but work in leicester where every one of my work mates is a leicester city fan. all comes part and parcel of the sport.
i'll be amazed if you don't get an infraction for this as if you'd made that comment about one of the ethnic minoritys without a doubt you'd be being racist!

All these threads are a bit tedious and disappionting now.
I'm a big england fan.
We have been playing below par and i too get fed up with all the hype surrounding us and heaping pressure on us in the media.
I'd like to think i have some good Scottish friends and i love it when i go up there, but some of the comments on these threads are disappointing. Makes me feel guys are being two faced
I'm all up for banter and even a bit of abuse. I see how it must piss people off as some of it in the media pisses me off. But some comments are a touch nasty for no reason

Its a personal choice, nothing against england or english people in most cases.

I'll have you know, I am somewhat of the ginger/auburn haired, haggis enjoying Scottish variety, and yes occasionally enjoy a daytime drink when called for, and yes I'm patriotic as any.

LOL, thats what I mean though, it's all the tv lot, news, papers. ive never gone on about 66 neither has anyone I know, it was 40 odd years ago ffs lol. Don't get me wrong im passionate about England but its easy to see why people lose faith.

I've seen you write that the world hates the english and people are rude to you on holiday thinking your english and they suddenly become nice when the realise your scottish.
Don't get me wrong, i see some proper cringeworthy scruffy cunts on holiday, and trampy familys all in football shirts. But i've never had any problems with any locals when on my travels.
Some of the banter is cool, and i understand most of it, even the close to the knuckle stuff. But some is a bit outta order.
I've not posted on any of the threads until now, but it is getting a bit much. Ironically, the post that got me involved was started by an English man.
No need for a lot of it. Hate the team, slag it off. It's all gravy, but some comments from both sides are just nasty for the sake of being nasty i think.

I love the Scots, especially thier fans, England fans could learn a great deal from them. Every tournament or stand alone game Scotland are in the fans are just superb, always behind the team no matter what.
I worked in Scotland for 8 months years ago and never felt so welcomed it was a great place. The only anti English sentiment I ever had was when we were in Glasgow for a short period but it was light hearted and no offence was taken.
Im also cheering on Andy murray in the tennis, I would cheer on any team from our fair isle whether it be England, Ireland, Wales or indeed Scotland.
Some people can be so pathetic.
