Have a discuss with NMS, they are decent guys who won't rip you off and know thier stuff.
They will tell you what they think, and you go from there, but I'd imagine they'd suggest a dyno run to check fuelling is ok, do the silly stuff yourself first like fuel filter, plugs, check all settings you can, do a timing belt also if needed, or leave to someone else(NMS) if not confident.

I'd second that, give them a ring first and they will probably tell you what to do yourself before taking it to them. I'll warn you Karl can sound quite blunt at times but that's far better than someone just telling you what you want to here. Know there stuff and although it cost a fair bit to map my 3dr the difference was astounding.
