Hi all, i have a T4 turbo that came of my old car it smokek slightly and let a small amount of oil through the front towards the air filter. There is a small amount of play in the shaft but not too much.

price wise i dont know what its worth a lot of people were after T4,s not so long back so heres a cheep one for you to get rebuilt to your requirements.

It would be complete as shown in the picture with -34 not very old and the water pipes.

If any one has sensible in put as to how much you think this is worth its much appreciated.

As one of my mates had one on his but its still waiting to be mapped?

Did it surge at all?

Hi Euan, it was only running 28 psi with this turbo and didnt have any surg issues, as you may know when this played up t brought the mar-am shafted t4 and with the same sort of boost levels you couldnt really tell any difference. This just looked bigger with the bugger filter and boost hose.
So i cant really tell you what it would be like flat out

Yes mate easily as good, i dont know weather it could be mapped better to give a better response as Stu never got the car while this turbo was on it, but from my short experience of the two there very similar
