I just want to say a big thank you to Luke @ EP for finding my lost power in the Fiesta and returning it to it's torquey heights!

Started off being about 130bhp and ended up with exactly 200bhp and crazy torque after finding a couple of problems and setting it up, to say it runs better all round now is an understatement!

 

 

with any luck he will find a few hidden horses in my car.

Ps i hope his keeping my car clean down there

Had a AB07 cam fitted then a bit of remapping.

Tony wasn't happy with the way the boost was coming in, checked the turbo and the wastegate penny fell off

Good results.Was impressed with Enhanched performance when i visited there a few months back and this is where il be going for a map when i finish my cossie.

 

Seem sound blokes. Danny has been helping me out a bit on none car stuff, and he's sound as a pound.

It was worth seeing Luke in action in itself mate, every little thing he found ended up with a small power increase, until we ended up tweaking the boost and making crazy torque!

Definitely, i'll pop in soon... maybe for some more work to be done if i haven't sold it in the meantime lol

Still at Tonys waiting for the turbo to come back from TT

The car wasn't boosting correctly so removed the turbo and the wastegate penny fell off

Its been at TT's for a week now

They built the whole turbo quicker than that.

The same as above! Danny and Luke are top guys and very helpfull!!! Looking forward to see my engine on the dyno whit them!

 

200bhp and 320lb/ft, peaking at 1.3bar and holding just over 1bar.

2.1zvh with the usual gubbins really

It's very peaky though Danny and not a particularly nice looking curve at all due to a mismatched chip I think which could be addressed if i keep the car, as it is both power and torque fall away too much... but i wanted it set up and checked as it was and that's what i've got

Lol, you made me double check! ... yeah 'll try and get them up but as i said they are peaky and not particularly pretty!

Sure it was Danny i dealt with at ABC Motorsport when i bought my White 4x4 Saph years ago (J12 COS), I travelled from Scotland in my Red ST24 Saloon

 

What were the little problems with the engine then fella.

 

Cam timing out and the bleed valve hole obstructed...

 

Nice one bud.I bet your well happy with it now.I would love a mk3 fiesta with a big engine in.

Hi Danny, Im good matey u ?

It was treated like a baby both the ST and the cossie spent a good few ŁŁŁ on it as u do cossie style lol, I sold the cossie after 2 years, really wish i didnt but hey ho, i bought a house and didnt have anywhere to park the car bar on the street so sold it. I believe its a practically a bare shell now broken up in the Aberdeen area. Fella i sold it to said it would be well looked after but thats not the picture that Kev (KSA COSSIE) was painting me

Keep thinking about another but kind of talk myself out of it lol, Although im due to move house soon and will have a workshop aswell for the missus business which might end up storing a car aswell


Usually go to Ford Fair but cant get the time of work unfortunatly, ill be keeping an eye on what else is up and coming and if i get to somewhere ill give you a shout fella if i see you.
