a few helpful tips..
Press 't' to go to the top of a page or conversation and press 'd' to go down.
Type 'mypin' then press space bar in a text/email/bbmessage and it will change to whatever your BBM pin is.
Press space bar to switch the camera flash on and off.
As for apps..
'Poynt' is very handy for finding the nearest Mcdonalds, Dominos or any other restaurant.
Download Google Maps aswell, it's loads better than the Blackberry maps.

20K+ Super Poster.
the 9700 is deffo the best blackberry to date, very impressed sofar.
as a business phone / email device you really cant get much better. just gotta wait for the average consumer side (ie gadgets) to catch up and theyll start selling like hotcakes.

Using my bold now. Took a while to get use to it, but absolutly love it now. Don't think the apps are to good at the moment though but I'm sure they'll catch up.

I'm thinking of ditching my iPhone for one of these as I'm sick to death of the fucking thing crashing all the time and having to switch it off and on to reboot it!! I had to do it the other day and it wouldn't switch on for nearly an hour!!! The old one I had (before I fell over and broke it! ) was exactly the same!
The thing is I really like the iPhone and find it really easy to use but I'm just getting fucked off with the above fault!

I know 3 other people with one, they dont have that problem either, and 2 of them are older 3G's
Could well be software problems, or something you've installed that the phone doesnt like

I'm having problems with my bluetooth on my bb. Can't seem to send stuff to it or send stuff out. Not a big problem as never really use bluetooth but still would be handy to know if I'm doing something wrong.

I'm looking at buying a bold to replace my C905. How do they fair with knocks? Do any of the buttons start randomly not working?
