I cant believe that in this day and age that someone has the balls to drive around the streets with no tax,speeding and not wearing a seatbelt....this i could understand a little if he was cap wearing,drowning in burberry chav dickhead but no hes got a fiesta st a newish one with the 17"anthracite wheels and while driving near through a estate near my house i find it parked up on the street ,still no tax disc,ive seen this bell end a number of times over a couple of months and still no tax disc............

what LEGAL action can i take to stop this tosser if any(not )id love to but.......well you know

so call the DVLA as they will see it as a money makin opurtunity!

 

No tax will most likely mean no insurance or mot, which mean when he clobbers someones motor , he ain't going to stick around!

Sod it, grass the little shit up to the old bill, they may as well be busy doing something worth while.
