diff gear ratio

awrite guys was lookin for sum help on how to work out the gear ratio in a sierra 2.8 xr4x4 rear diff, as much help as possible would b great

Count the number of teeth on the crown wheel, and devide by the number on the pinion, should give you(rounded up) 3.6.
