wots the best engine oil 2 use in a sierra cosworth?
engine,gear box,diff oil?

Motul Sport 5w/50 engine
Motul ATF Gearbox (2wd) Gear 300 for 4x4
Motul HD 80w/90 diff

Did use Silkolene in the 4x4 for a bit, then Motul 300v, it's better than Silkolene, but IIRC you have to drop it every 4,000 miles or so, its more race application, hence Motul Sport was developed for performance road cars

Nothing wrong with above, but if a low mileage might be better with a 40 weight engine oil, I use gear oil in the 2wd box, and lsd 85W90 in the diff, normally I used silkolene as so much trouble getting sunoco racing 20W50 which is what I normally would use.
