Saw it just before qualifying, was a huge highside going into a quick chicane towards the end of the lap. Lorenzos title to lose now, we need Honda and Ducati to sort it out to keep it interesting.

I tried a line about battling with terrorists, then changed it to drug-runners when no-one believed the terrorist bit.

Then I had a fight with the shark and that didn't work, so tried saying it was a dolphin that did it (because we never got to swim with the damned things.)

Trouble is, everyone who knows me knows I wouldn't be doing anything even remotely energetic!

As for the title, I think we can be pretty sure Rossi CAN'T "walk" it now!!!

rossi in or out he was running scared anyway! gutted for lorenzo as well. he could have beat rossi this year anyway. hope he recovers soon though, boring without him

Wish you were right Kev but really can't see it. Lorenzo is a lot more mature this season and is riding much better. Not so much of a win or crash trying rider now.

I started it a month or 2 back actually but only got a 3rd of the way into it and just haven't got round to finishing it.

agreed. jorge was leading anyway before this round, but when he wins it this year some people will just say he only did it because rossi was injured (both this leg incident and the earlier shoulder injury).

ucchio won't be getting a bumming for a few weeks, anyway

Lorenzo has the title now but he will be diasappointed to win it this way and not have the opportunity to take it on the track from Rossi

Read Lorenzo was going to win it last season on here but a fit Rossi still has the edge on Lorenzo. However we are seeing Rossi beginning his slide & Lorenzo would have got the better of him in a season or so im sure. Unlike other great riders in the past Rossi wont quit at his peak, i for one dont want to see him trundling round off the pace. With Hailwood hes the best of altime, well since 1954 when i started to be a fan & i really do hope he knows when to quit. Mind you Hailwood came back & won the TT after many years out .
