Most jobs I've had its been on a Friday, but this one I get paid on a Thursday, unless there's a bank holiday, in which case its on a Friday. Out of our whole depot, only 3 of us drivers are paid weekly, the other 40 odd are salaried.

lucky sods, never ever been paid weekly, except me old paper round as a kid... since 16 been in same job, now 32, always monthly..hate it.... spend up and skint for weeks

I got my own company and most of the agencies i do work for pay my money in to my business bank account every Friday and pay the VAT on a Monday, but i wait until the end of the month to pay my wage to myself i could do it weekly but just easier to do it once a month
