ive got something on exel i wanna post here, how do i do it?
ive tried to copy/paste it, and it looks fine in the window, but when i press preview post, it goes all funny and out of sequence so doesnt make sense.

also tried to copy it into word and do the same but again it just moves it all around and doesnt make sense.

There's prob a better way, but how about doing a screen grab, the saving as a Jpeg in Paint or similar, then hosting on Photobucket and chucking it up on here?

CTRL and PRTSCN button, the paste it into Paint or similiar arty program.

No worries, hopefully a clever bod might suggest a better way to do it for future reference
