how far do i do this up?? (pic)
on the front struts ive put new springs on the dampers.
how far do i do the nut up on the top???
as these are new dampers i have no idea how far to go as they have only just come out the box.
do i wind it down until it will go no further?
or do i just do it finger tight ?
or somewhere in between?

Team HOTHOT!
Allen key in the middle and swan neck spanner - 19mm or 17mm and then do it as tight as you can get it 
Avoid using an impact gun as this will strip the threads on the damper
