Default Insuring 2nd car for track days

Looking to get a second car to use for track days.

what is best way to insure it as need road legal as dont have access to a trailer.

to add to the fun i have a dd40 from 4 1/2 years ago still on my liscence but do have full no claims which i use on my main car.

My road legal track car is insured via boncaster/RSOC.

2 car policy FRS & S2.
