i have a blue Fuelab Filter and regualor which i now have a black engine bay.

i dont want to go buy a black ones when i have nearly new ones here how is it expensive to get them done in black.

You can buy kits from frost to diy don't know how good they are tho

Most anodising companies have minimum order charges so for example it may cost you as much to have 1 part anodized as it does 10 but obviously it also depends on component size. Also i'm not 100% sure that it is possible to re-anodize parts from one colour to another - maybe someone else can advise.
Best thing to do is contact a local anodiser and explain what you want, if they have work going through for someone else they might just stick your part in with that and just charge a small fee (not the minmum order charge).

i had just had my brake bells done

cost me a ten spot

thats changing colour from blue to black aswell

That's a good price Gus.

I had the same issue with my filter but I just stripped the anodising off and left it silver to match the pump.

It's the dye that changes the colour, not the actual anodising process.

You can remove the colour by using Oven Pride, leaving it silver, which would look better than blue.

I've used a DIY kit, and even following the instructions to the letter the results were a bit sketchy.

i have had them do a few bits for mine now

the chap i spoke to said it would be 10 quid if i did one little bracket or just filled a basket up with bits

still the same price
