Most anodising companies have minimum order charges so for example it may cost you as much to have 1 part anodized as it does 10 but obviously it also depends on component size. Also i'm not 100% sure that it is possible to re-anodize parts from one colour to another - maybe someone else can advise.
Best thing to do is contact a local anodiser and explain what you want, if they have work going through for someone else they might just stick your part in with that and just charge a small fee (not the minmum order charge).

It's the dye that changes the colour, not the actual anodising process.
You can remove the colour by using Oven Pride, leaving it silver, which would look better than blue.
I've used a DIY kit, and even following the instructions to the letter the results were a bit sketchy.
