Colipack conversion guys switching to CDI
Found and bought a product which may be of interest to you.
http://www.mwignitions.com/pg_cdi_ignitions.php
PRO14B version.
A CDI that will take similtaneous firing without halving the coil power. So you get 115mj per fire! (Most experts agree that at least 100mj is required to ignite almost any mixture)
You can also use it if you upgrade to sequential ignition as well - just split the triigers back to individual. Also will take positive and negative triggering so can wire it is pretty easily to the trigger for existing inductive coils (you may also be able to use the exisiting inductive coils just wired reverse polarity).
The company make these for MOTEC so you know they are quality.
Have bought one so will let you know if/how much better than ford inductive coilpack - no more closing down of plug gaps!
