3 door bumper trims, where from?

Default 3 door bumper trims, where from?
does anyone know where i can get new bumper trims for a 3dr front bumper?
also where can i get the little plastic inserts that go in the wings and rear arches to hold the body kit on?

Don't know about the clips but the trim is from Kent trimmers - i have this on mine and is exactly the same

Front Bumper Self Adhesive Trim ................ £13.06
Rear Bumper Self Adhesive Trim ................. £13.06
