How do you convert AVI files so that u can burn them onto a DVD-R disk?

 

download a program called WinAVi.

just select the file and it will convert into suitable DVD files which can be burnt to a DVD disc in nero!

personnaly i would use DVD+R discs as i've had lots of trouble with the - ones not playing.

yep use this myself also use a program called acp for converting too

 

There's an app called DVD Santa thats easy to use for convering and burning avi's etc to dvd. You should be able to aquire a copy from somewhere

I downloaded WinAVI and that seems to be doing the trick. Nice one for the tip
