Hi just wanted to know if anyone here has a mondeo si in the yellow colour they did and if so would love to see a pic must be rare now.

you mean the special edition ones from Hendys quite rare now and so I dont have a pic

Think they where called the RSi I think

Dont know mate all i can remember is seeing one in dc cooks in worksop notts with sold on it i was gutted it looked fab would love to see a few pics of one

Cheers mate cool colour and still looks fresh today just wish i had got the one i saw bloke said he had just took deposit on it then tried to sell me a peugeot lol

they arent dear to buy; if i remember rightly this one ^ was sold for 2k, it was sold to a guy on here called skrats, he was selling it not long ago i think for £1800 - send him a PM, he might still have it or know who its sold too.

I've always fancied a citrine MK1, loved the Mondeo I had, had done 168k and was still tight as anything.

Would love a citrine one with the RS kit and a fruity engine in, would be a lot of fun!

Ford made 211 citrine MK1's IIRC, and again, IIRC, around 10 of them were converted to RSI by hendys.

I always thought there was 10 hatchback's and 10 saloons done by Hendy's.

There were 211 Citrine Yellow Mondeos produced, 10 of which were developed by the delearship Hendy Ford. The Hendy changes included a black trim with yellow flecks rather than the blue with yellow flecks the other cars were fitted with, adaptive damping with lowered springs.

Here is a pic of my old Citrine Yellow saloon i sold a couple of years ago ....
