Hybrid turbos?

Just a quick one really, Are all stage 3 t3 turbos all the same? For instance would a stage 3 t3 turbo from turbo technics be the same as one from Burton power?

stages dont mean shit.

Explain to the turbo company your needs, and they can build a turbocharger to suit.
