just recently its started to start real shit when its cold in the morning.
Sounds as if it on 3 cylinders only then after about a min all runs normal.
What could this be? Time to replace the sparkies again or somin else?

it may be the Cold Start Valve, I disconnected mine like loads of other ppl as it would take a while longer to start or stuggle to start, it's under the Inlet Manifold a blue plug if I remember connected to a sensor, just unplug it and it should be fine, otherwise check ya plugs
