ive played with bikes loads of times in my 450bhp 400lbft rwd escos and ive beaten every 400 ive raced and ive done at least 4 suzuki bandits but a good 600 is a tight race i think the cossie has a bit more power around the 120mph mark tho.... i think the win would depends on driver and how well each engine is running.. overously not off the lights but saying that most bike riders are to scard for a full blown launch... if you can pull a 0-60 in 4ish in a cossie agaist a slightly amatur rider its still close race..
as for a 750cc no chance ive be spanked by them many times!
put it this way a mondeo would lose to a rs125 badly lol

an st220 u have no chance unless the rider dont have a clue, but on the other hand a good set up cossie at 350brake would show the 600 bike the way over a ton, raced 600's many times in my cossie saff 4x4 397bhp 400lb/ft the bikes r quicker jus over a ton and then bye bye baby to the 600cc bikes, iv raced 600's and people i know have raced 600 bikes and beat them but know 1 seems to believe that uv done them, like i said a 600 runs outta puff over a ton and a 400bhp 4x4 cossie will keep pullin to the limiter at 170 in fifth..pop pop

Now your at it 4X4 400bhp 170mph maybe on the salt flats but not on UK roads
