in a drag race id expect it to be a draw or only just loosing to the mondy, and this was a 1989 £600 learner bike that was derestricted

i had a race once with what im sure must of been a 600 bike in my 470 bhp cos and there wernt nothin in it and that car would of obliterated an st220 and thats a fact.

He's alluding to a normal car having a chance against a Ninja , problem is though, it's 25kw restricted in the vid thats 33hp, so about 160hp/ton. Tuned MR2 wouldn't need more than 175hp in that race...

i have kept up with a ninja in my old cavalier turbo, but only because there were corners involved that i could catch him up. not a chance on the straights but if there were a few corners involved i would say it is possible. and yes the one i chased was going for it,was a lad i work with and rides like a nutter.
