Default outlook problem

how do i get access to a jpg file that has been sent to me on email, but outlook has flagged the attachment by putting in

'OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail: Motortravel logo.jpg'

It just seems to have deleted it, but i know the person who has sent it so don't think it is a virus or anything??

Any help appreciated as this is doin my nut
