The best enclosed air filter's?
I know of the cda bmc air filter's or the Pipercross vipers which are enclosed, is there any other ones i should know of?

thats a k*n Apollo.Its a fully enclosed cone with a coloured outer shield.either in red,blue or silver as far as i can recall.
thought about using the universal on mine but i dont think it will flow enough but i could be wrong....usually the case.

id go for the vipercross one, purely because the universal ones of bmc come in 'under 1600cc' and 'over 1600cc', i just dont know weather their proper ones would be that good because of that strange i know but thats what i think lol

I had the K&N ST220 kit on my my MK3 2.5 V6 russ, and although it sounded awesome, it did suffer badly from heatsoak
As i said, ive got the viper on my MK2 V6. and although its to close to the inner wing to get a direct cold air feed to it (id like to remove one of my morettes and and use that as a cold air feed), so its using the cold air feed that the standard airbox uses, but evens still, its a lot better than the K&N 220 kit was, doesnt suffer much, if an, heatsoak.
