Default rs turbo lowering

I have a set of koni adjustables with standard springs how much could i lower my car by without it causing any major problems or would i be better off leaving it with standard springs the car has rs7 diamond cuts fitted to it thanks in advance cheeRS jason.

30mm max, any more and you reduce the level of grip and make it handle baddly.
