Default why is this so low?

on the p100 its running all cossy 4x4 running gear with koni dampers and now std springs.
i put the car on koni front dampers and eibach 40mm springs and the thing hit the deck, the arches were scrubbing on the tyres.
now put back on standard springs its really low, i cant find any problems anywhere but its alot lower than a std car should be

are the strut tops longer on a p100 or can u put something on upside down that causes this?
or is it even the konis. the problem is ive built the truck from a shell with the konis so i dont know if its the konis making it low. :/
need coilovers

il post some pics in a min of the setup and the ride height

Are you talking about the front, back or both?

I think the front should be completely the same, but the back used a live axle as standard so could you maybe have mounted the rear Cosworth beam etc in the wrong position?

the front.
the rear is high but i know why and its not a problem, its to allow enough clearence for coilovers and i can still put weight in the back without hitting bump stops.

the koni's will be shorter than a standard shock in overall rod travel, also fitting springs upside down can cause this sometimes

The tags are unhelpful and I wonder why clicking on them can't reveal who leaves them?

If the tags were useful for others to find a post we could then thank people who provide a service, but crap like these probably wouldn't be left if they weren't cloaked in anonymity - there's no sign of the people leaving them actually posting a message to explain why they feel that way, and maybe getting some discussion going...

BOA is a heavy lump - try some springs from the old 2.3 diesel flavour

yeah i thought that but ive seen cars running 24vs with the same setup running normal heights.
the boa only weighs slightly more than a yb once you bolt all the turbo and intercooling system on it. :/
