each rotor gives 654cc so quad rotor is 2616cc like that video you posted, you can have one built, tuned and put in your car for about 20k near where i live, so its not a cheap thing but pretty much the ultimate in N/A rotary power.
have a watch of this, yes its in japanese but halfway through it shows a engine actually working in real time and you can see the rotor spinning in its housing which i thought was pretty cool
