Default Respray price

Any painters on here or people who've recently had their cars resprayed able to give me a rough estimate me of what a full respray costs these days?

The car in question is a mk3 fiesta xr2i in radiant red. I'll be doing all the panel replacement and welding myself and can supply the car to the bodyshop as a rolling shell with all bumpers, doors and trim removed ready as well as having the engine out. I don't need areas like the floor or behind the dash painting, but inside the door shuts and engine bay etc would be nice. Underneath and inside arches wont need touching either.

I'm in the north east wales/chester area if that helps. Any recommendations on bodyshops too?

Yeah thats true. I don't mind paying for a decent job seeing the amount of work i'm putting into it.
I need to get some quotes myself from places near me. But i'd prefer somewhere thats recommended by someone who's used them before.

also depends on how good your welding is

as could give the painter more work if a mess , such as buckled panels etc...

depends how bad the car is stripped to a bare shell or come in a fully built runnin car cheaper if you strip and build it yourself, i charged Andy AJC 1k for his saph part stripped the car was a clean one, normally 1k upwards!!

you'll normally find places charge more money if you self prep it as they end up fixing other peoples cock-ups. i personaly won't paint self prep cars.

Thanks for the replies. I'm a welder by trade so i'm confident doing the panel replacement right.
