Default Engine oil from new?

Got a brand new blacktop zetec off ebay and it came with oil in it but it is like greeny/orange. Just wondering if that was something that Ford put in the engine from new to stop them from going rusty inside?

dout it mate as all the oil sits in the sump when the engine is not running so the only thing that would not rust would be the sump lol.

standard engine oil iirc
