hi there this is doing my head in big time and i would b happy if some 1 would help me with this? i have heard alot bout this t38 what is it? i have also heard of a -31 actutor and a -34 actuator whats the diffence in them both? seen a few pics of a 4x4 cossies and they r a 92 srpt and 93 july but they have different wheels on how come is that? hope u guys can help me with this.

 

t38 is just a turbo in between a t34 and t4 if you like in terms of size

a -31 and -34 is different base spring ratings
-31 has a base lift of 8psi, -34 lifts at 14psi

sharktooth wheels were fitted to late 4x4's
lattice wheels were 2wd

the firsta rst is it the same turbo as the ecsort? hope u dnt me asking u alll this am new 2 the ford thing and i am loving it

 

heres goes sumthing a t34 turbo and a t4 turbo ones off a big cossie and the other is off a 3dr and a fiseta rst is that rite and a t38 is half way between them both.

 

FRST comes with a T2 turbo.
ERST comes with a T3 turbo.

Why the interest? I don't think starting with turbos and actuators is the best place to start learning if your short of knowledge, but whatever.
