Theres been quite a few over the years that ive liked.
No1 has to be imperial blue, why oh why did they stop it, altho performance blue looks good in some shades.
other favourites of mine- radiant red, frozen white, moonstone blue, flint grey, smokestone, nouveau red, petrol blue, auralis blue, juice green, aubergine (when mint), st orange, ultimate green.

Imperial Blue, Electric Orange and Ultimate Green are the standout colours. State Blue and Petrol Blue are also rather nice colours too.

depends on the car but oldskool has to be signal green/orange/and yellow when its freshly waxed look great
modern range looks good in the whatever blue they are though

I had a hard job getting a can of spray made up. No-one had heard of that colour code; Place I found it, had it listed as amethyst pink. Its a sort of metallic lilac/pink and apparently only 1000 were made as a Limited Edition. I'm no expert, the bloke that mixed the spray was an XR3i fanatic.
