Not really in to all of this top speed mechanics LARK.. but if Rods 'just' makes 208 or whatever mph with over 850+.. I didnt see the M5 doing it with 507 or whatever it has ?
spunktastic if it really does do over 200 in std form.. makes me want an M6 all the more!

At brunters an M5 would do somewhere in the 180s, which rods will do in half a mile
206 isnt rod's top speed as such, its just his terminal speed in a 1.4 mile or so drag race effectively.
The m5 will do 200mph eventually, it will just need about 4 or 5 miles to get up to it!

whats quicker out of the amg and the m5 ? i got killed by one of those amg 55's the only thing ive been beaten by so far the bugger even slowed down and did it again LOL i could list excuses cold cups etc but the main one would be my car is slower LOL

My amg is stage 2 power 600bhp but when std the M5 is a quicker car due to 7bhp more and about 200kg less weight......but now straight line the amg is quicker in fact its monterous lol
