I dunno if this helps but I get it from a hairdressers suppliers called Capitol, my mrs has an account there. It's used for removing nail polish. About £4 a litre.

yeah i know you can get it from capital hair supplies but you have to have an account to buy from there, anywhere else?

We used to buy it from our local chemist, comes in gallon containers.
