Default Helicoil specialists in South East???

Hi all,
this might be a long shot but does anybody
know any numbers of mechanics who specialise
in helicoil fitting in situ?
My E36 M3 decided to blow it's spark plug
out of number 5 cylinder and stripped the
thread off the head but the thread on the plug
stayed intact.

Basically it was worse case scenario and before
I plump for a new head I though I'd come on here
for some help/advice incase anybody had been in
a similar situation with there motors???

Cheers

Will have to remove the head the risk of metal fragments dropping into the bore will just cause more issues than a short cuts worth. At min I would remove the head have it cleaned and checked before going any further and bare in mind M tax is rife all those Ł6 nuts and bolts add up very quickly and it be daft not to change the tensioner and guides whilst accessible. Whats your location see if anyone can recommend a local garage for you?

Yeah I kind have thought that would
be the case, just though there would
be a specialist who would be able to do
i without head off and somehow keep
out the swarf!

I'm in Surrey, near Kingston

as said sutton rebore, also remember a place called bensham engineering?! either way as said the best way really is head off or u risk damage from swarf. Whoever does it can be careful and use cutting grease the swarf sticks too but u cant guarentee it'll stop all of it getting in!!
