Just bought a new mondeo with some panel damage and rather than the cost of repairing/spraying the parts i need are on the bay and they look the same colour as mine - seller states they have most colours and to contact them with your colour name/code.

I dont have the v5 yet so how do I find out?

Can I drop the reg into a search and find out? Not near the car now so cant get it from the car until tonight but where on the car would it be?

Would assume that a HPI would have the colour name? Or just "blue"?

 

Ring your local ford dealer with the registration number, ask for the colour code or lie and say you want a price on a touch-up.

They're SUPPOSED to write the colour code in the service book when it's PDI'd. In reality though, they rarely do.

..and yes HPI/Experian will just say blue.
