looking forward to a good night parting, so Canada have to win!!!i havent seen any fights at all, i guess they all got told not to fight, world stage etc... a few arguments thougn, but the refs are all over it before it can escalate!!

...I remember being in the states with a bunch of Cannuks when Bisping fought Chris Leben .. They all cheering for the Yanky so fuck em ..

In the house with 2 of my old Hockey team mates who are Canadian, they've nearly trashed my house!
But what a result....both the men and women Canada teams owning both their arch rivals USA teams in the finals, at their game, at their home ground and in their country!
Screw boring British games, this is a real game!

first recorded hockey by british soldiers..... its a shame that the uk dont put enough into it though....

Thats right. I use to go watch Durham wasps play before they turned the rink into a bowling alley. Shame the game is not popular here. World cup is next.

Well congrats on the medal. I know its the holly grail out there. Just spoke to a good friend who is in campbell river and you would think he won the lottery.

I use the British Invented Hockey Jibe to Wind up the Canadians and it works a treat

Well I thought the game was Ok/Semi/Crappy ... I like watching Minor League games ..
Aint the same watching it on TV either .. Better watching it through the glass.
Followed the Fernie Ghost Riders (Goat Riders) through a few seasons. Maybe some of the Canadians here have seen them or played against them?
