this is all down to you gaz as you started the original thread !
i had a look at the stats the other day and the original thread had over 145,000 hits with 5000 replies which is remarkable for a model thread imo.
the new thread has had over 58,000 hits already and is on 5000 odd replies aswell.
i think we fully deserve our own section on pf as the hits we have recieved are a lot more than some that have been going for a hell of a lot longer
what you been up to have not been on the thread for a while

 

yes we should deffo have a model section of our own as the interest in these scale models is amazing! and the talent and imagination of some of you is incrediable

havent created anything for a little while now as been abit strapped for cash these days but for sure i will be back on it very very soon.

I look at my reyland escort in the cabinet and cant help thinking it shouldnt be on its own so im sure the 3dr and focus versions may be lining up next to it very soon.

anyway modding our 1/18 models is a dam sight cheaper then full scale versions lol

 

yeah and ive got all the cars ive ever wanted but in 1.18 scale lol

shell painted fittings going back on awaiting doors






the all important licence plate

doors even a roof tonneau but the wtong wheels


tonneaus not the greatest but the one on the car on the tv wasnt either

some retouches still required





paint chip on door

it has a menacing presence i think

now were wired


centre caps to follow touch ups required on door still





ive bust a strut


still stuff to do but its getting there
