Default Help, screen resolution.

...just done a windows update and the screen dont look right, infact i saw a picture of chip and he looks like he has lost a lot of weight on my screen

...so as i dont beleive in miracles, what is the correct resolution for a 20in (i think) 16 x 9 screen? Native it says 1680 x 1050 but i cant fooking read anything

Sorted just did a windows restore to go back to how it was.
